RETURN POLICY Please read the following information carefully to understand our returns policy. ATOMIC PRO™ Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
